This is an example of a male patient who desired chin augmentation with a chin implant procedure. He also desired a more defined neckline. Dr. Hilinski performed an office-based combined chin implant and cervical (neck) liposuction procedure. Notice overall improvement in his lower face and upper neck with more definition and contour. Also note how his jawline is now more squared from the front view with better balance when compared to his mid and upper face. These changes were able to be accomplished while maintaining a natural overall look.
