Example of chin implant and cervical liposculpture. This young female patient desired more definition of her lower face and jaw. Dr. Hilinski performed chin augmentation with placement of a chin implant. In addition, he performed cervical liposuctioning to enhance the results of the chin implant procedure. Notice much better definition and contour of the lower face and upper neck while maintaining a natural, feminine overall appearance. Also note how her frontal view was essentially unchanged, which was the desired goal. This is a great example of how chin augmentation and liposuction can help greatly improve the oblique and lateral views while causing only minimal alteration as seen from the front view.
