This is an example of a female patient who desired reshaping of her jawline following placement of a chin implant by a different plastic surgeon. As can be seen in the preoperative photos, she had an implant that was simply too large for her face. She disliked the squared appearance as best seen from the frontal and oblique views. Dr. Hilinski performed a revision procedure on her to replace the larger implant with a smaller one. Notice much more feminine appearance of her lower face and jawline while creating a very natural overall look.
