Cheek, or malar, implant to reshape the the lower eyelid/cheek transition zone. This patient was bothered by a deep depression and volume loss between the lower eyelid and cheek. This contributed to a prematurely aged and tired look. Following placement of cheek implants that extended from near the side of the nose toward the outer cheek, note marked enhancement of the lower eyelids and cheek.
