This is an example of a male necklift patient. This particular patient disliked his blunted neckline and desired more definition of the chin and jawline. He elected to undergo a platysmaplasty along with liposuction and placement of a small chin implant. This was all accomplished through a small access incision under the chin. Following surgery, notice marked improvement along the chin and jawline with a much more masculine, defined appearance.
