This is an example of a San Diego otoplasty patient who desired to have more symmetric ears. She was bothered by the fact her left ear stuck out much farther than her right ear. Dr. Hilinski recommended ear reshaping to achieve improved positioning of the ear and more symmetry. These photos reflect her result one year following otoplasty surgery. Note much improved ear shape and more equivalent positioning between the two sides.
