This is an example of bilateral otoplasty in a young female patient. She was bothered by excessively prominent ears, with her right side being more angulated off of the head compared to the left. Dr. Hilinski performed otoplasty, or ear pinning, on each side to achieve a more aesthetically pleasing ear shape and position. Also note improvement in terms of symmetry when comparing both sides.
