This another example of nasal reconstruction following removal of a skin lesion that resulted in a round hole. Dr. Hilinski performed a bilobed skin flap (utilizing his own surrounding nose tissue) to reconstruct the defect. Notice overall natural looking results without significant distortion of his nasal appearance.
