Example of revision rhinoplasty (prior surgery by another plastic surgeon) to correct an overturned/shortened nose. This is arguably one of the most challenging types of revision rhinoplasty. Her nose was lengthened and her tip rebuilt using bilateral ear grafts. Notice much less nostril show from the front view and a more pleasing, feminine profile view following surgery.
