Example of revision rhinoplasty (prior surgery by another plastic surgeon); this patient was bothered by a persistent bump along the bridge (best seen on profile views) following rhinoplasty by another surgeon; Dr. Hilinski was able to reshape the bridge using a novel technique, termed transcutaneous modification. He was able to use a needle passed thru the skin (leaving no scars) to reshape the unwanted bony contour. This was done in the office under straight local anesthesia with minimal downtime.
