Example of revision rhinoplasty (surgery done by another surgeon) to correct a crooked nose deformity and to improve her breathing. This patient underwent an open approach with ear grafts to reshape and rebuild the nose. The middle vault (middle one-third of the bridge) was straightened using spreader grafts as well as repositioning of the bones. Notice improved symmetry and shadowing as seen on her frontal view. The tip was then narrowed slightly to leave her with a natural appearing ethnic nose
