Example of revision rhinoplasty (prior surgery by another plastic surgeon) to correct a retracted columella and depressed dorsum resulting from previous rhinoplasty. Using bilateral ear grafts, the bridge was augmented (see profile view) and the columella brought out (see front and profile views) to create a more balanced appearance.
