This is an example of more finesse rhinoplasty in this male patient. He underwent primary open rhinoplasty to create a more narrow and symmetric tip. In addition, he had his tip rotated and elevated. These changes were accomplished while maintaining a masculine and natural shape overall. These photos were taken nearly two years following surgery, demonstrating sustained long-term improvement.
