Example of male rhinoplasty to correct a severely twisted nose. Open rhinoplasty with septal grafts were used to straighten the crooked bridge and tip. Notice improvement in symmetry of the lower two-thirds of the nose that now appears quite natural. Also notice realignment of the septum and nostrils that helped improve his breathing (see base view).
