This male revision rhinoplasty patient had undergone prior surgery performed by another plastic surgeon. He consulted with Dr. Hilinski to correct a number of cosmetic concerns he had with his nose following this prior surgery. His preoperative examination demonstrated an overreduced bridge (scooped look), a ptotic tip, a crooked alignment, asymmetry of the tip and nostrils (see base view) and a hanging columella. Dr. Hilinski performed a revision rhinoplasty procedure including temporal fascia and cartilage grafts to address these multiple concerns. In particular, note changes in the nasolabial angle (between the upper lip and bottom of the nose) and elevation of his bridge. The end result was a markedly improved nose that now appears in better balance with his face while maintaining a strong, masculine, natural look. Postoperative photos demonstrate stable changes over one year post surgery.
