Example of revision rhinoplasty in this young lady who had undergone two prior rhinoplasty procedures by a different plastic surgeon. Following those two surgeries she was still left with a number of cosmetic issues. These included a wide left nasal bone, a depressed bridge, asymmetry of the tip, and a hanging columella. Dr. Hilinski performed a third time revision open rhinoplasty along with ear cartilage grafts and osteotomies. Notice much more natural, ethnically consistent appearance with improved symmetry following revision rhinoplasty.
