Example of revision rhinoplasty (surgery done by another plastic surgeon); this patient had a shortened nose (excess rotation of the tip) as well as a depression along the bridge and asymmetry from the front view; using ear grafts and fascia the tip was rotated down, the bridge was augmented to give a straighter profile view and the frontal view was made more symmetric.
