Example of open rhinoplasty with reduction of a small dorsal hump and straightening the columella and tip complex. She was primarily bothered by the fact her tip deviated to the side, causing an obvious asymmetry. Notice improved symmetry of the lower one-third of the nose with less unwanted attention drawn to the nostrils following surgery. Also note how there is a subtle improvement in terms of the columella and bridge all done while maintaining a natural feminine look. Post operative photos are taken nearly 3 years following surgery, demonstrating a long-term stable rhinoplasty result by Dr. Hilinski.
