Example of hump deformity correction and repair of a crooked nose; this patient had a very irregular bridge contour as seen on the frontal view; this was straightened, resulting in marked improvement in symmetry; the bridge height was also reduced to balance the nose further; she has an overall facial size and shape that could not tolerate more hump reduction than was undertaken, leaving her with a natural appearing nose; she also had a chin implant placed to balance her profile view
