Example of rhinoplasty in this young female patient who desired changes without looking too different. She underwent an open septorhinoplasty with fascia grafting over the bridge. Her crooked bridge was straightened at the same time as her hump was removed. Her tip was then deprojected (brought closer to her face) and the columella reshaped to decrease the amount of nostril show. Notice how her nostrils now appear less obvious on lateral view. Overall, she has a more refined, feminine and balanced nose without obvious signs of having had surgery
