Example of male rhinoplasty on this patient from San Diego who desired reshaping of his tip mostly. He didn't want to look entirely different - he just wanted to reshape the bulbous, squared tip region so that less attention was drawn to the nose. He also had a congenital pollybeak deformity that he wanted addressed as seen on his profile view.
