Meet Dr. John Hilinski

NICOLE
Front Office

Nicole has been working with Dr. Hilinski as his front office clinical coordinator and is experienced working in the field of facial plastic surgery. She is the pleasant voice you most commonly hear when calling our office. Whether you are interested in consulting with our office for the first time or have questions regarding surgery scheduling issues, Nicole will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

KRISTEN
Clinic Nurse

Kristen joined San Diego Face and Neck Specialties in 2007 as our clinical nurse specialist. Kristen works very closely with Dr. Hilinski to manage the day-to-day clinical responsibilities of patient care and treatment. She also works along side of Dr. Hilinski assisting in office-based surgical procedures. If you have concerns related to clinical care and nursing, Kristen would be happy to help answer any questions you may have.

Business Office

Deb has been working with Dr. Hilinski for several years now in her main capacity as the Business Manager. She brings with her expert knowledge of facial plastic surgery and patient care. Her vibrant smile and uplifting personality are an added bonus for our clinic. Deb is also a Registered Nurse by training and supervises our team of laser nurse specialists.

Laser Nurse Specialist

Mary is a Registered Nurse who has undergone advanced training to become one of our laser nurse specialists. She is fully-certified in use of the Syneron Elos laser/IPL system and provides services for IPL Photofacials, Laser Hair Removal, and Polaris Non-Invasive Skin Tightening.

DEANNA
Laser Nurse Specialist

Deanna is a Registered Nurse who has undergone advanced training to become one of our laser nurse specialists. She is fully-certified in use of the Syneron Elos laser/IPL system and provides services for IPL Photofacials, Laser Hair Removal, and Polaris Non-Invasive Skin Tightening.
