Reconstruction to reshape this male patient’s neckline; he suffered from medication-induced lipodystrophy that caused unwanted accumulation of fat and fibrous tissue along the back and sides of his neck; the degree of excess tissue actually impeded him from wearing normal sized clothing; this gentleman had prior unsuccessful attempts at reshaping his neck done by other plastic surgeons before Dr. Hilinski was able to reshape his neck; This resulted in a relatively normal neckline for this already muscular individual.
