Example of chin augmentation (solid silicone chin implant) combined with liposuction (lipo-contouring) of the upper neck region in this female patient from San Diego. This very pleasant patient was complaining that her chin was simply too small in comparison to her other facial features. She also desired a more defined jawline. I performed a chin implant and liposuction to achieve the desired goals. Notice how her facial proportions and overall balance have been nicely enhanced following surgery.
