Another fantastic example of how an ear can be reshaped to be smaller in size. This patient flew to San Diego from outside of the United States to have his one ear reshaped. As you can see, Dr. Hilinski was able to create a much more natural looking shape and contour with an ear that was now smaller in size – Dr. Hilinski’s famed macrotia ear reduction surgery! Of note, the postop photo was provided by the patient, which explains the difference in the photography.
