Example of revision rhinoplasty in this female patient from San Diego who desired more definition of her nose. She had three previous rhinoplasty procedures before consulting with Dr. Hilinski who agreed to reoperate on her nose. Dr. Hilinski was able to thin her nose out while reducing the bridge height and elevating the tip. She had incredibly thick skin that had to be managed appropriately in order for her to see any notable difference. The end result of her revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Hilinski was a more defined, feminine looking nose with an overall natural appearance.
