Example of revision rhinoplasty in this female patient who had previous rhinoplasty surgery by a different plastic surgeon. She desired reshaping of the columella to create a softer look that did not appear so surgical. Dr. Hilinski performed a closed revision rhinoplasty to reshape the columella and infratip region. To a certain degree, Dr. Hilinski repaired what is termed a hanging columella by some people. Notice subtle yet appreciable difference in her tip region.
