Example of reconstructive nose surgery to restore a more normal nasal tip in this patient who had prior rhinoplasty surgery by a different plastic surgeon. I performed an open revision rhinoplasty surgery that included reshaping and restructuring of the entire nasal tip region. Notice how the nasal tip now appears more like a normal nose.
