This is an example of revision Asian cosmetic rhinoplasty to correct problems arising from placement of a silicone nasal implant performed by a different plastic surgeon. Notice how the irregular contour from the silicone implant has now been corrected by removal of the implant and reshaping of the bridge. This case was also the focus of one of our online rhinoplasty tutorial discussions regarding revision rhinoplasty in Asian patients.
