No – the photos are not transposed! This is actually a great example of how Dr. Hilinski has helped many patients get some of their old nose back following prior rhinoplasty where a hump was removed. This patient was distraught for years after her old bump was taken down. She finally discovered Dr. Hilinski who helped restore a dorsal convexity on her bridge.
