This young lady was super bothered by the fact her left ear stuck out more than her right. This is not unusual to see where people have one ear that is significantly more prominent. Dr. Hilinski performed an incision-less or scarless otoplasty on the one ear to create a much needed fold that helped bend the ear back into a more normal position. She is super happy now and can wear her hair up without being so self conscious!
