Improving Neck Definition

This is a recent patient of mine who desired to have improved neck definition. I ended up performing neck liposuction, or sculpting of the neck fat, along with tightening of the platysma muscle that sits under the chin. The entire operation was done by making a small incision under his chin. The end result, seen here, is a marked improvement in definition along the neck and jawline.
