Long-term results following a closed, scarless rhinoplasty surgery. Her bridge height was reduced to create a more pleasing and feminine profile while her tip was projected to give it more definition. She was actually a relatively tough case, given the fact that her skin is much thicker than the average rhinoplasty patient. Fortunately with time her skin began to shrink wrap around the new underlying framework, giving her a beautiful new result.
