Great example of how Dr. Hilinski can help patients whose ears have been overdone by other plastic surgeons. In this case, the ears were left with a telephone deformity – where the center of the ear is stuck back so far versus the upper and lower poles. Using rib cartilage grafts, Dr. Hilinski was able to help restore a much more normal looking position and shape.
