Amazing case where Dr. Hilinski had to use rib grafts to reconstruct this ear that collapsed after another plastic surgeon reshaped it. This is not too different than a form of lop ear, which Dr. Hilinski has lots of experience repairing. Check out this result on the table at the conclusion of the surgery.
