Amazing outcome following cosmetic rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Hilinski. This patient has very thick, sebaceous skin (along the lines of rhinophyma). Dr. Hilinski ended up reducing the volume in his tip while creating a shape and size that look more appropriate for his facial features.
