Complex male revision rhinoplasty surgery using rib grafting in order to stabilize his tip in a more anatomical position. His tip was left very droopy after prior surgery by a different plastic surgeon. Making matters more challenging was the fact he has very thick nasal skin. As you can see his nose is markedly better now – yet still looks very fitting and natural for his ethnic features.
