Case of revision rhinoplasty – her primary was performed by a different plastic surgeon – to help open up her nostrils. She developed pinching and collapse of the nostrils following her prior work. As you can see in her before photo here, she literally looks like her nostrils are being sucked inward. Following revision rhinoplasty with me, she now has a nose that has proper structural support and looks much more natural and normal.
