Example of combined fat transfer to the face (to provide needed volume and plumping especially around the lower eyelid-cheek) and laser skin resurfacing (to make her skin look smoother and less blotchy). Look more closely at her lower eyelid area where the power of these two procedures combined can be readily seen. Her lower eyelids were tightened nicely with the laser while the deeper tissues were augmented with her own fat to provide much needed plumping.
