This is an unusual primary rhinoplasty – no prior nose surgery. This patient had a severely asymmetrical and displaced nasal tip – in addition to a heavy columella. Dr. Hilinski was able to fix these issues while providing her a much more balanced and symmetrical looking nose. Results are nearly 3 years out from surgery.
