This is an example of a quad blepharoplasty – meaning the upper and lower eyelids were lifted on both sides. You can see the fairly dramatic improvement noted – especially in her upper eyelid on the right side where the excess skin has now been removed. These photos actually show her results years later – confirming a sustained, long-term improvement in her appearance. Yet she doesn’t look like she has had plastic surgery of the eyes.
