This is an example of closed rhinoplasty to help rebuild this young lady’s bridge. Cartilage grafting was placed thru the nostrils to help restore a proper shape. Notice how her nose now looks more narrow from the front while the oblique and side views reveal a marked improvement in smoothing (with correction of the depression).
