Open reconstructive revision rhinoplasty performed on this patient – prior nose surgery performed by a different plastic surgeon. She was, unfortunately, left with functional problems as well as aesthetic issues with her nose. I performed an open revision rhinoplasty technique – that included revision septoplasty, nasal valve repair and cartilage grafting. You can now see how much better her nose looks following this type of very complex revision repair.
