Example of reconstructive rhinoplasty surgery to fix a collapsed nostril wall. This patient was quite bothered by nasal obstruction due to a weak nostril wall and nasal tip complex. I reconstructed his nose using standard rhinoplasty technique to help provide him marked improvement in stability and subjective breathing.
