Example of rhinoplasty to address a very bulbous, wide nasal tip. In addition, her septal cartilage was quite deviated – going into her right nasal airway as best seen on her base view (from under the nose). Following open open rhinoplasty procedure, her nasal tip is much less bulbous with a more favorable shape and contour. Plus, her nasal base is now improved with much more symmetry in terms of the nostril openings.
