This is an example of revision reconstructive rhinoplasty to help restore proper structural support to the nose following prior work done by a different surgeon. Notice how her tip is markedly asymmetrical – deviating off to her right side. Following surgery, her alignment is much improved and her nose now looks more natural overall. Keep in mind that this patient has very thick skin, which significantly limits how much change can be accomplished.
