This is an example of revision rhinoplasty to help provide her with improved tip definition. This patient had prior rhinoplasty by a different plastic surgeon, but was still unhappy with the appearance of her nasal tip region. I ended up performing cadaveric costal (rib) grafting to create a more define and refined looking nasal tip.
