This is an example of reconstructive rhinoplasty to correct a saddle nose deformity in this pleasant lady from San Diego. She suffered trauma to the bridge as a result of being accidentally hit in the nose. This particular reconstruction involved use of ear cartilage to help rebuild the bridge to a more natural looking, normal height.
