Example of revision rhinoplasty to correct a hanging columella deformity that was created following prior rhinoplasty by another plastic surgeon. Note that her nose now looks much more proportional and shapely following surgery with Dr. Hilinski. In addition, this patient suffered from significant trouble breathing through her nose following the prior surgeon’s work. Dr. Hilinski was also able to repair the blockage inside of her nose to provide her with a marked improvement in nasal breathing.
