Example of revision rhinoplasty nose reconstruction in this female patient who had prior surgery performed by a different facial surgeon. She suffered collapse of the lower one-half of her nose with a drop in her tip position (back closer to her face) as a result of the first surgery. Dr. Hilinski performed an open revision rhinoplasty to rebuild the nose to a more appropriate height while restoring a more natural looking nose for her face.
